The three-level Fashion Avenue is 560 meters long and features such boutiques as H&M, Zara, Bershka, Topshop, Adidas Originals, Massimo Dutti, DKNY Jeans, Colin’s, Pull&Bear, New Look, Lacoste, Levi’s, Mango, Timberland, Mothercare, Chevignon, Wolford, New Balance, and many others.

The Vegas Shopping Mall is the largest shopping mall in Russia totaling 400 000 sqm (retail space – 134 731 sqm) and one of the most significant new generation projects in the international retail real estate market. In April 2011 VEGAS won the Moscow annual professional commercial real estate award - Commercial Real Estate Awards 2011 – in the “Large Shopping Center” nomination, “Retail Real Estate” and “Developer of the Year” categories. In March 2011 VEGAS became a finalist of the European Shopping Centre Awards 2011 (ICSC) international contest, in the “New Developments Extra Large” Nomination.

The Vegas Shopping Mall is the first and only themed shopping mall in the country united with an extreme amusement park. For the first time an 18-meter observation wheel and a drop tower attraction (19 m) at the center of an ice arena are organized within the closed space of the shopping center. Among VEGAS operators there are well-known international and Russian companies: 400 shops, food hypermarket Auchan (23 523 sqm), Tvoy Dom, a new conceptual zone (16 821 sqm), home appliances and electronics centers Saturn (6 700 sqm) and M-Video (2 438 sqm), Sportmaster (6 367 sqm), Happylon, a roofed themed entertainment amusement park (5 500 sqm), Luxor, a 9-screen multiplex (5 477sqm), I Love Fitness, a health and fitness center (3 500 sqm) of Fitness Holding, the leading fitness operator, - a unique project offering, along with traditional types of fitness services, a comprehensive block of professional schools as well as several programs which will make their debut in Moscow (AntiGravity Yoga etc.). The anchor tenants occupy a total area of over 70 000 sqm.
